Yes. Every piece is verified for authenticity through a multi-point inspection process before listing. We check serial numbers, materials, hardware, and brand-specific markers. If we can't verify it, we don't sell it.

All items are pre-owned and graded before listing. We use a clear grading system: Grade A (excellent, minimal wear), Grade B (very good, light wear), and Grade C (good, moderate wear). Every listing includes detailed photos and condition notes.

We source directly from exclusive auction markets and buy in volume, which gives us access to pieces at significantly below retail value. The low prices reflect our sourcing power, not a lack of authenticity. Every item is real.

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days via tracked and insured courier within the UK.

Due to the nature of pre-owned luxury goods, all sales are final. However, if an item arrives significantly different from its listing description, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will resolve it.

Drops happen regularly. The best way to be notified first is to join our mailing list or follow us on Instagram. Most drops sell out within hours so early access matters.

Each drop typically features 20 to 50 pieces. Every item is one of one. Once sold, it's gone and won't be restocked.
